Maternity and Infant Products

Sixty percent of all pregnancies in Louisiana are unplanned.  That means that the materials needed during the nine months of pregnancy and after the baby is born is not always readily available.  Our on-site pantry, Grace’s Closet, is filled with a variety of items needed to take care of mom and baby. 

The following items are available to women and families in Acadiana and surrounding areas:

  • Maternity clothes
  • Diapers
  • Wipes
  • Baby Clothes
  • Baby Formula
  • Baby Powder
  • Baby Lotion
  • Baby Wash
  • Boys and Girls Clothing (preemie, newborn and size 0-3 months)
  • Baby Bottles (capped and packaged)
  • Diaper Rash Cream
  • Infant Socks
  • Burp Clothes
  • Receiving Blankets
  • Diaper Bags
  • Boppy Pillows
  • ​Pacifiers (Packaged)

However, in order to receive this assistance, you must first become a client. If you think you are pregnant and are in need of the above mentioned resources, please do not delay in making an appointment or simply Walk-In.

To make an appointment, you can:

1. Walk-In. Walk-Ins are available on a first come, first serve basis. Our office hours are Mondays-Thursdays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with a one hour lunch from 12 p.m.-1 p.m., and on Friday from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. If you walk in for an appointment, please bring with you the following:

  • Louisiana Picture I.D. or School ID
  • Social Security Card or Official document with Social Security Number (Check Stub, Report Card, etc.)
  • Most recent check stub if you work (if you are married, bring spouse’ check stub)
  • Proof of government assistance (Medicaid card, Food Stamp card, Social Security Disability Letter, etc.)
