for help? Then we want to help you? A
Pregnancy Center and Clinic is located at 913 South College Road, Suite 206,
Lafayette, LA, 70503, is a FREE medical clinic and educational resource center
established just for you. We want to
help you during this time in your life by providing the following FREE services
1. Pregnancy Testing
3. Information on abortion, adoption and parenting
4. Assistance with finding a doctor
5. Assistance with applying for Medicaid
6. Offer material support such as diapers, wipes,
lotions, baby powder, baby wash, baby clothes, blankets and more.
But more than all of the above, we have trained
counselors and medical staff who are available to sit and talk with you and
help you. All of our services are not
only FREE but they are also CONFIDENTIAL, so you will never have to worry
anyone knowing that you came for services.
To make an appointment, you can:
1. Walk-In. Walk-Ins are available on a first come, first
serve basis. Our office hours are
Mondays-Thursdays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with a one hour lunch from 12 p.m.-1 p.m., and
on Friday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. If you
walk in for an appointment, please bring with you the following:
Louisiana Picture I.D. or school ID.
(if no Louisiana I.D., then please bring proof of Louisiana residence such as Utility
Bill, Medicaid/food stamp approval letter, any official document proofing you
reside in Louisiana)
Social Security Card or Official
document with Social Security Number (Check Stub, Report Card, etc.)
Most recent check stub if you work
(if you are married, bring spouse’ check stub)
Proof of government assistance
(Medicaid card, Food Stamp card, Social Security Disability Letter, etc.)

A Pregnancy Center and Clinic, also known as the Acadiana Crisis Pregnancy Center, was founded in 1985 by Pastor Francis Martin. Pastor Francis, with the help of other key individuals, had a passion to help teens girls and women facing unplanned pregnancies.
For the past 30 years we have helped thousand of families in Acadiana and surrounding areas.
